1. Information We Collect

MIRAMI collects only what is necessary to operate the service:

• Responses to MIRAMI questionnaires
• Email address (for report delivery and session continuity)
• Session identifiers and technical metadata
• Device and browser information for security and performance
• User-authored Commitments (optional)
• Data sharing consent choice made at time of purchase

2. How We Use Your Information

Collected information is used to:

• Generate your structural positioning report
• Deliver your report via email in PDF format
• Maintain session continuity and Scan ID records
• Ensure system stability and security
• Improve MIRAMI's assessment accuracy using anonymized data
• Share or sell anonymized, aggregated data as described in Section 4

Your email is never used for marketing without explicit consent.

3. User Commitments

User Commitments are voluntary entries authored solely by the user.

• MIRAMI does not endorse, evaluate, or monitor Commitments
• Commitments do not represent MIRAMI's views or recommendations
• Users are fully responsible for the meaning and consequences of their Commitments

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Sales

MIRAMI may share, license, or sell fully anonymized and aggregated data to third parties. This data contains no personally identifiable information and cannot be traced back to any individual user.

Data that may be shared or sold includes:

• Anonymized response pattern datasets
• Aggregated behavioral classification data
• Structural output metadata for research and commercial analytics
• Model training datasets stripped of all identifiers

Data that is never shared or sold:

• Your name or email address
• Your payment information
• Any information that directly identifies you as an individual

Users who do not wish their anonymized data to be shared or sold may opt out at any time. Users who consent to data sharing at the time of purchase receive a $5 discount on their report.

5. AI Transparency

All MIRAMI outputs are generated algorithmically. No human reviews or edits your individual report. MIRAMI complies with California SB 942 disclosure requirements for AI-generated content.

6. Data Retention

MIRAMI retains data according to the following schedule:

• Session reports and response data — 365 days from session date, then automatically purged
• Email address and Scan ID — 365 days from session date, then automatically purged
• Payment records — 7 years as required under U.S. tax law (IRS Rev. Proc. 98-25)
• Anonymized aggregate data — retained indefinitely for system improvement and commercial purposes

Once purged, specific session data is technically unrecoverable by MIRAMI or any third party. We cannot produce data we do not possess in response to legal or regulatory requests.

6.1 No-Backdoor Policy

MIRAMI does not provide any government agency or external party with backdoor access to user data. MIRAMI complies with lawful requests only to the extent that the requested data exists within the active retention window. Purged or anonymized data cannot be produced under any circumstance.

6.2 Anonymization Standard

All unique identifiers including emails and device metadata are removed before any data is used for aggregation or sharing. Raw responses are transformed into abstract structural classifications. These contain no semantic or personal information and cannot be linked back to any individual.

7. Your Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

You have the right to:

• Know what personal data MIRAMI holds about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your session data and email
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your data
• Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights

8. Third-Party Services

MIRAMI uses trusted infrastructure providers for hosting, computation, and payments. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and is never stored by MIRAMI.

MIRAMI may engage third-party data partners to purchase anonymized datasets as described in Section 4. These partners receive no personally identifiable information.

9. Refund Policy

MIRAMI delivers a personalized AI-generated report instantly upon payment. Because digital content is realized upon delivery, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

10. Children's Privacy

MIRAMI is intended for users aged 18 and above. MIRAMI does not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has used MIRAMI, contact privacy@mirami.tech immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of MIRAMI following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.

12. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. MIRAMI is currently available only to U.S. users.
