This service is currently available to users in the United States only. MIRAMI does not knowingly collect or process personal data from individuals located outside the United States, and disclaims responsibility for compliance with non-U.S. data protection laws.

4. Data Use for Internal System Improvement

MIRAMI does not sell, license, or share your personal data with third parties. MIRAMI may use fully anonymized, aggregated response patterns internally to improve assessment accuracy. This anonymized data cannot be traced back to any individual user and is never shared outside MIRAMI.

5. AI Transparency

All MIRAMI outputs are generated algorithmically. No human reviews or edits your individual report. MIRAMI complies with the California AI Transparency Act (CAITA, established by SB 942 and amended by AB 853) disclosure requirements for AI-generated content.

6. Data Retention

MIRAMI retains data only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes disclosed in this Policy: generating and delivering your report, maintaining session continuity, ensuring platform security, and calibrating and improving MIRAMI's assessment accuracy over time.

You may request deletion of your session data and email at any time — see Section 7. Upon a verified request, MIRAMI will delete or irreversibly de-identify the requested data within 15 business days, except where retention is required by law (such as payment records).

6.1 No-Backdoor Policy

MIRAMI does not provide any government agency or external party with backdoor access to user data. MIRAMI complies with lawful requests only to the extent that the requested data currently exists in our systems. Data that has been deleted or irreversibly de-identified in response to a user's request cannot be produced under any circumstance.

6.2 Anonymization Standard

All unique identifiers including emails and device metadata are removed before any data is used for internal aggregation. Raw responses are transformed into abstract structural classifications. These contain no semantic or personal information and cannot be linked back to any individual.

8. Third-Party Services

MIRAMI uses trusted infrastructure providers for hosting, computation, and payments. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and is never stored by MIRAMI.

9. Refund Policy

MIRAMI delivers a personalized AI-generated report instantly upon payment. Because digital content is realized upon delivery, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

10. Children's Privacy

MIRAMI is intended for users aged 18 and above. MIRAMI does not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has used MIRAMI, contact support@mirami.tech immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of MIRAMI following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.

12. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. MIRAMI is currently available only to U.S. users.
