MIRAMI provides an AI-generated structural analysis based solely on user-submitted inputs. Outputs are informational patterns and do not constitute professional advice, evaluation, recommendation, or instruction of any kind.
In compliance with the California AI Transparency Act (CAITA, established by SB 942 and amended by AB 853), users are notified that all outputs are generated algorithmically without human review. MIRAMI is a pattern recognition system, not a licensed professional service.
MIRAMI is intended for users aged 18 and older. Access by minors is prohibited. The service is currently available only within the United States.
MIRAMI does not knowingly offer, market, or deliver services to individuals located outside the United States. Users are solely responsible for determining whether their use of MIRAMI complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. MIRAMI makes no representation that the service is appropriate, legal, or available for use outside the United States, and disclaims all liability arising from access by users located outside the United States.
MIRAMI allows users to record personal goals, declarations, or commitments ("User Commitments"). These entries are created voluntarily and represent the user's own statements, intentions, or objectives.
No Association: User Commitments do not represent the views, positions, or recommendations of MIRAMI.
User Responsibility: Users are fully responsible for the content, meaning, and consequences of any Commitment they create. MIRAMI does not review, validate, endorse, monitor, or enforce any Commitment.
No Behavioral Influence: MIRAMI does not direct, suggest, or encourage any specific action. Any motivation or urgency felt in relation to a Commitment arises from the user's own intention.
No Profiling: MIRAMI does not use Commitments to evaluate character, predict behavior, or generate user profiles for third-party use.
MIRAMI's current report price is $10 USD. Pricing is subject to change. Users who complete a session at the stated price will not be retroactively charged a higher amount.
All MIRAMI outputs are delivered digitally upon payment confirmation and constitute non-returnable digital content. All sales are final and non-refundable.
MIRAMI collects user-submitted responses for the purpose of generating structural assessments. MIRAMI does not sell, license, or share your personal data with third parties.
5.1 Internal Use
MIRAMI uses your session data to generate your report and maintain session records for the retention periods specified in Section 6.
5.2 Internal System Improvement
MIRAMI may use fully anonymized, aggregated response patterns internally to improve its assessment accuracy and pipeline performance. This anonymized data is never shared, licensed, or sold outside MIRAMI, and no personally identifiable information is used for this purpose.
5.3 Your Rights
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to know, correct, and delete their personal information at any time.
To exercise this right, contact support@mirami.tech. MIRAMI will process your request within 15 business days.
MIRAMI does not sell or share data that includes your name, email address, payment information, or any information that could identify you as an individual.
MIRAMI retains data only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes disclosed in Section 5: generating and delivering your report, maintaining session records, and calibrating and improving MIRAMI's assessment accuracy over time.
You may request deletion of your session data and email at any time under Section 5.3. Upon a verified request, MIRAMI will delete or irreversibly de-identify the requested data within 15 business days, except where retention is required by law (such as payment records).
Users may not use MIRAMI for illegal activities, surveillance, or high-risk domains including medical, psychological, legal, financial, or employment-related determinations. MIRAMI outputs may not be used as the basis for hiring, firing, promotion, or any personnel decision.
To the maximum extent permitted by California law, MIRAMI's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific session. MIRAMI is not liable for business loss, financial outcomes, personnel actions, or personal consequences resulting from user behavior or reliance on MIRAMI outputs.
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold MIRAMI harmless from any third-party claims, lawsuits, or damages arising from their actions, interpretations, misuse, or reliance on MIRAMI outputs.
The MIRAMI framework, structural logic, archetype system, scoring methodology, pipeline architecture, and all internal model components are proprietary assets and constitute trade secrets protected under the Defend Trade Secrets Act (DTSA), 18 U.S.C. § 1836 and the California Uniform Trade Secrets Act (CUTSA).
Users are strictly prohibited from:
Violation of this provision constitutes misappropriation of trade secrets and may result in immediate termination of access, civil liability, and legal action under the DTSA, including claims for injunctive relief and exemplary damages up to two times actual damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. All disputes shall be resolved through individual binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: USERS AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR COLLECTIVE PROCEEDING.
MIRAMI reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
