Code Validity
30 days from issue. Renewable upon confirmed active status.
Active Status
10 referrals within 30 days. Inactive affiliates are removed. Outstanding balance paid in full before removal.

Terms

01
Commission. $20 per completed report. No cap. Commission is earned upon confirmed purchase only.

Payout. Bi-weekly via Zelle or PayPal. Minimum $200 balance required before first payout.

Audience Price. Confirmed at time of approval. Subject to change with 30 days written notice.

Code Validity. Your Stripe code is valid for 30 days from date of issue. Renewal requires confirmed active status. Expired codes cannot be reactivated. A new code requires re-approval.

Active Status. Affiliates must reach 10 referrals within 30 days of code issue. Affiliates who do not meet this threshold will have their code expired, their outstanding balance paid in full, and will be removed from the program.

Re-application. Removed affiliates are not eligible to re-apply.

Discounts. Affiliate code does not combine with any other offer or discount.

FTC Disclosure. Affiliates must clearly disclose their referral relationship with MIRAMI in all promotional content. Failure to disclose may result in immediate removal.

Brand. Affiliates may not misrepresent MIRAMI or make claims beyond what the service delivers. MIRAMI branding may not be used without approval.

Rate Changes. Commission rate is fixed at time of approval. High-volume affiliates may negotiate custom terms. MIRAMI reserves the right to adjust rates with 30 days written notice.

Program Scope. This program is for individual affiliates only. Enterprise and institutional inquiries are handled separately via support@mirami.tech.

Independence. Affiliates are independent referrers, not employees or agents of MIRAMI. MIRAMI is not liable for any affiliate's promotional claims or activities.
